Novel Approaches to Cancer Treatment

  Monday, September 24, 2007
Since 1995 Caltech's Bioforum has brought to the public current ideas and treatment innovations in medical science. This 10th Bioforum returned to the topic of cancer treatment, exploring the interface between basic research being done in the laboratories at Caltech and the clinical applications of that research taking place nearby at the nationally recognized City of Hope. A panel of distinguished investigators in cancer research presented recent findings on the diverse and new ways to kill tumor cells and prevent metastasis.
